How to request deletion of your personal data.
Sndora is operated by LUSIVIONIX, LDA (NIPC 519078268), Rua Comandante Palmiro Fernandes, 57B, Bombarral, 2540-040, Portugal. This page explains how to request deletion of your personal data, including data obtained via Meta/Facebook/Instagram/WhatsApp login or messaging.
How to request deletion
- In-app: Settings → Account → Delete account (removes your workspace data), or
- By email: send a deletion request to legal@sndora.com (or the Data Protection Officer below) from the email address associated with your account, with the subject “Data Deletion Request”.
What we delete
Your account/profile, connected-channel credentials and tokens, conversation and contact data we process on your behalf, and stored media — subject to any data we must retain for legal or accounting obligations (described in our Privacy Policy).
Timeline
We acknowledge requests within five (5) business days and complete deletion within 30 days.
